And after being sexually violated throughout the night in Rhode Island, New England, in the United States, when I was 23 years old…

…18 years ago.

Although I was left on the side of the road feeling like something had been taken from me, unable to move..

…something too, was catalysed in me…🔥

AN UNSTOPPABLE DRIVE TO MASTER THE ART OF AWARENESS!

A decision made…

To never again have the wool pulled over my eyes.

Never again was anything going to be slipped into that which I was consuming, in order to knock me out, and have some deeply traumatised human do unspeakable things to me.

I BECAME COMMITTED to being and doing whatever was required to never be taken for "a ride" in ways that violated my personal power, ever again.

THIS YEAR HOWEVER, I FAILED MYSELF...

On the night after I returned back to the safety of my own energy and my home on the sacred land that is Darkinjung Country, feeling absolutely 💔 broken from my infamous five week European “Divorliday” with my now ex-husband, and 15 year old Son, 

I was once again sexually used, by a man that had decided to end things with me on the night after I returned from some of the most discombobulating weeks of my life…

..yet wasn’t going to do so, until he had taken me for “one last ride”.

.

After going into a state of shock after I'd been deeply penetrated in ways that left my cervix destroyed the day after, and in turn led to a bladder infection…

⁉️ I tried to make sense of it all.

Me, “May I ask…Why did you meet me the night after I got back from the “Divorliday”, if you had already decided long before, you were done?”

Him” I met you because I could see how hard the trip was for you and I wanted to hold space for a good human.”

Me, “Does holding space for you, usually involve having a woman in your bed?”

Him, ”Oh, here we go. Accountability, let's hold him to account.”

Me, “I don’t get it. I feel my question is valid. Which is why I’m asking it.”

Him, “I went against how I truly have felt and let someone else’s desire be more important than mine.”

Me, “That causes so much pain.”

Him, “Or perhaps I’ve never had the sex we have shared before in my life and was selfish in wanting it again.”

AND THERE IT IS…THE TRUTH REVEALED.

The kind of honesty that comes from people who lack personal responsibility for how they relate intimately with others.

Teenagers, stuck in adults’ bodies.

Dishonourable.

Emotionally unsafe.

Lacking basic consciousness of what is acceptable and what is not, in the realms of intimate relating.

Disrespectful.

Without dignity.

Unaware.

THE COCK 🍆…

Once again leading the way, with no consideration of how deep penetration and sexual intimacy impacts a woman.

An act of intimacy...

...of which there is nothing of greater depth that exists to create a more immediate bond and deep felt connection, other than that of sexual intimacy.

And after all the exquisitely expansive sexual encounters that I’ve had in my life with men, mostly of whom are now friends of mine…

…Never ever have I been so disgusted and horrified by a man’s behaviour.

A man who is “on the path” “doing the work”.

A man who considers himself “a good man”.

AN EXPERIENCE…

…all on me.

Full self-responsibility taken.

As, 9 days in...

...I saw the cracks.

The red flags 🚩 had begun to blow in the wind.

Yet, I clearly needed to have just one more activation whilst deep in the divorce portal to truly create space to calibrate to a higher, more expansive frequency, and finally arrive at a place in my life to feel safe to no longer enter into anything, or with anyone who isn’t in emotionally safe resonance with me.

I needed to be shown and feel deeply just one last time, of the tragedy and depth of violation that one experiences when one is committed to no longer feeding their wounds, yet momentarily self-abandons, and lowers their standards for human beings who have kind hearts, and gentle souls, yet just aren’t “there yet”, and more than likely never will be.

A man who will forever be referred to as…

“The Pearler”.

MY FINAL LESSON! 🙏

Of which, I will be forever grateful.

After enjoying an unexpectedly deep and meaningful conversation for about an hour that left us both smiling from ear to ear, wondering what just happened. Day one of our highly magnetic, consistently laughter-fuelled, deeply vulnerable, superbly wild four-month lovership filled with tragedy and meaningful connection - one of my greatest lessons. An experience that deserves a book written about it...

...Might I call it? 🚩 "Tragedies of the Heart: A Memoir, for all my lovers - the lessons, blessings, expansions, and heart-breaks".

A thank you letter, to each and every one of you. Without you, I wouldn't be the Woman I am today"...

When the decision was made to no longer be penetrated by red flags 🚩...

9 days later, an emotionally safe man appeared in my life.

And continues to create space for me to feel safe in the presence of a man with dignity, honour, ethics, personal power, innate strength, emotional intelligence, and conscious honesty.

Never ever leaving me in a place of wondering where I stand with him.

A man who leads with self-responsibility, not his cock.

A grown ass man. In a grown ass body. With a grown ass mind. Behaving like a grown ass man.

3 months later...

Another emotionally safe man arrived in my life.

My now bestie.

A man who checks in with me most days.

Passes hours and hours solving world problems with me.

Sees me in all my potency, matches it, and constantly fuels my power..

A man of intelligence. Of all kinds.

THESE TWO MEN ARE REPROGRAMMING MY CELLULAR MEMORY.

They are bringing more safety to my life, than I've ever felt before.

Their strength, yet gentleness, is guiding me, and holding me in ways that I've been yearning for, for almost a decade, yet haven't been a match to safely receive the potent surges that come with such high-levels of emotional safety.

And they are here, because I chose to say no more to hurting myself.

And instead, allow myself to practice being in the energy of human beings with emotional safety, instead of continuing to feed my cellular memory with actions that "feel safe & familiar" yet continue to feed my wounds, and in turn, retraumatise me.
