Emotionally disconnected.

Energetically out of alignment.

Failing ethically.

Until our boys, when transitioning to young men, are not placed at the centre of our focus as parents, the state of global leadership will continue to be as dire as it currently is.

Much was shown to me. And once again it was affirmed just how much work we have to do to transform our world, at an individual level.

5.5 years ago, I made a request to my bosses to work from home on a Wednesday, and leave early on a Friday afternoon, so that I could be present to pick up my then 9 year old Son up from school, two days a week.

My request was denied.

After 3.5 years of blood, sweat, and tears shed, with unapologetic devotion to turning the volume up on the level of ethical leadership in the business, and contribute to raising the bar on supporting the alignment of the culture of the organisation to their ethical framework…

I resigned on the spot.

And gave them 11 weeks to replace me.

My Son is now 15 years old.

I am the Author of two #1 international bestselling books “Trailblazers” & “Awakening”, and the host of Business, Sex & Being Human, the Podcast.

I continue to be a Single Mother. 

My business, Inategy, has almost generated $1 million dollars.

And last year, was awarded  “Best Online Education and Community Platform” by AusMumpreneur.
